Marlain Willy Maun

Marlain Willy Maun, age 50, of Evansville, IN, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at St. Vincent Hospital – Evansville.

Marlain was born December 1, 1973, in Ujelang, Enewetak, to Jonathan Gideon and Roselina Willy. She was an active member of Evansville Marshallese Full Gospel Church. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, and working, and she especially loved her family.

Marlain is survived by her mom, Roselina Willy; mom, Monica Willy; children, Tasmar Hernest, Jako Alfred Abner, Ael Betwel, Mairlynn Joseph, Kyle Maun, and Clara Maun; 3 sisters; 2 brothers; and 15 grandchildren.

Marlain is preceded in death by her father, Jonathan Gideon; husband of 20 years, Keith Maun, who passed away in 2019; and brother, Alexander Willy.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, November 22, 2024, at Evansville Marshallese Full Gospel Church at 19 North Englewood Street, Evansville, IN, with Pastor Neal Tibnol officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
