Mary H Summers

Mary H. Summers, age 92, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 12:55a.m., Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Good Samaritan Home.

She was born on April 23, 1930, in Evansville, Indiana, to Christ and Rena (Huff) Huck. Mary worked at Kent Plastics for twenty-nine years. She enjoyed being outdoors and gardening. She was a member of Bethel Community Church. Mary married her sweetheart, Robert E. "Bob" Summers, on April 26, 1946. They celebrated their 75th anniversary.

She is survived by her daughter, Judith Kay Summers.

Mary is preceded in death by her; husband, Robert E. “Bob” Summers; and her son, Rodney Summers in 1970.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00p.m., Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Pastor David Schwambach officiating.  Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may visit from 10:00a.m. to 12:00p.m., Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at BOONE FUNERAL HOME EAST CHAPEL.
