Michael Wayne Koehne

Michael Wayne Koehne, 67, died at home on Sept. 14, 2025. He was born in Evansville, IN, on April 14, 1958.

Michael worked at Welborn Clinic and retired from Ascension Health as a Senior IT Engineer. He had a passion for his job and was highly thought of by his coworkers.

Michael is survived by a son, Christopher Michael Koehne (Jordyn); granddaughter, Emma; sisters, Rebecca Ann Seitz (Roger) and Deborah Karen Hyslop (Stanford Kent); six nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Steven Wm. Koehne in 1976; mother, Dorothy Helen Cox in 1990; and father, Herbert Charles Koehne in 2001.

Michael loved his Akita dog, Mizuki. She has been his constant companion for 11 years.

Funeral Services will be held at a later date. Burial will be Private.
