Nancy D. (Stevens) Latham, age 83, of Evansville, IN, went home to be with the Lord, August 30, 2025, at Linda White Hospice House.
Nancy was born May 21, 1942 in Drakesboro, KY to George and Mary “Gladys” (Staples) Stevens. She was a member of the Free Pentecostal Church of Evansville, IN. Nancy loved canning, crocheting, doing artwork, and cooking Sunday meals in Nancy’s Kitchen.
Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Henry Latham; daughter, Sherrie Huffman (Tom); sons, Henry Latham Jr. ( Beth) and Steve “Neal” Latham (Bethany); sister, Marilyn McElwain (Benny); grandchildren, Kevin Latham, Kelsi Latham, and Tonya Hart (Hunter); great grandchildren, Braylee, Maston, Elias, sister in law, Theresa Stevens; brother in law, Forrest Deason, and many nieces and nephews, bonus grandchildren and great grandchildren;
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Mayme Orange, Sonny Stevens, Newman Stevens, Shirley Stevens, Pat Edwards, Theda Deason, and Gary Stevens.
Funeral Services will be held at 12 p.m., Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at Free Pentecostal Church, 3201 Fickas Rd, Evansville, IN 47714, with Pastor JoHanna Sumner-Damme and Pastor Sherman Orange Jr. officiating. Burial will be Private.
Friends may visit from 10 a.m. until time of service, Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at Free Pentecostal Church.
