Oscar R. Naas

Oscar R. Naas, age 74, of Evansville, IN, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Envive Healthcare of Evansville.

Oscar was born July 8, 1951, in Haubstadt, IN, to Arthur and Elfrieda (Roeder) Naas. He graduated from Ft. Branch High School. Oscar was a member at Christ Chapel and was employed as a CNA at several nursing homes in the tristate area.

Oscar is survived by his sisters, Charlene Schilling (Dave) and Rita Davis; brother, Ed Naas (Judy); and many nieces and nephews.

Oscar is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Elfrieda Naas; and brother, Clarence Naas.

The family would like to thank the staff at Envive Healthcare and Heart to Heart Hospice for their compassionate care.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Monday, June 8, 2026, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Pastor Kris Holzmeyer officiating. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery.

Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 12:00 p.m., Monday, June 8, 2026, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
