Randy "Kevin" Johnson Obituary

Randy “Kevin” Johnson, age 68, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 2:27 p.m. on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at St. Vincent Hospital – Evansville.

Kevin was born September 1, 1953, in Evansville, IN, to Howell F. and Marcella (Walker) Johnson. He graduated from Harrison High School in 1972 and was a Veteran in the United States Army. Kevin worked for Azteca Corn Mill in Henderson, KY. He loved all things sports, football being his favorite, reading absolutely anything, and statistics of all kinds.

Kevin is survived by his son, Jeremiah Johnson of Princeton, WV; daughter, Jamie Nurrenbern of Evansville, IN; sister, Mona Dean (David) of Evansville, IN; brothers, Danny Johnson of Evansville, IN, and Dennis Johnson (Kathy) of Indianapolis, IN; grandchildren, Jadin McBride, Hunter Nurrenbern, and Molly Nurrenbern; and Jeremiah’s mother, Carolyn Kimbrel.

Kevin is preceded in death by his parents, Howell and Marcella Johnson; twin brother, Lanny Keith Johnson, who passed away in 1997; sister, Rhonda Schulz, who passed away in 2011; and brother, G. Lenn Johnson, who passed away in 1995.

Private Memorial Services will be held at a later date and Burial will be Private.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to: AIDS Resources – Evansville at 101 NW 1st Street, Suite 213, Evansville, IN 47708 in memory of his brother, Lanny.
