Rebecca "Becky" J. (Judd) Day

Rebecca “Becky” J. (Judd) Day, age 74, of Newburgh, IN, passed away Saturday, October 11, 2025, at The Village at Hamilton Pointe.

Becky was born February 4, 1951, in Evansville, IN, to William T. Judd II and Mary Jane (Williamson) Judd. She graduated from Central High School in 1969 and later from Roger’s Academy of Hair Design. Becky worked in administration for Trinity Bible College and Master’s of Divinity where she retired after many years. She enjoyed crafting and shopping. Becky was a longtime member of Gateway Baptist Church. She was a very loving, caring, and giving Christian woman who lived her life in the service of God. She lived so the light of God would shine through her.

Becky leaves behind to cherish her memories, her mother, Mary Jane (Williamson) Judd; sons, who she loved more than life itself, Ryan Day and Kevin Day; sisters, Theresa Hein and Cynthia Luecke; brothers, William T. Judd III (Donna), Timothy Judd (Kim); grandchildren, Adrianna Day and Chase Day; great granddaughter and light of her life, Kristina Shahan; and several nieces and nephews.

Becky is preceded in death by her father, William T. Judd II; beloved husband of 47 years, Peter Day; sister, Betty Sweeney; and brother, Jerry Judd.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Pastor Tim Judd officiating. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery.

Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time, Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
