Regina Lea (Hall) Hinkel, age 76, of Evansville, IN, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024.
Regina was born January 10, 1948, in Birdseye, IN. She was a past member of Harwood Baptist Church and most recently attended Grace Baptist Church. Regina enjoyed playing crossword puzzles, reading, and taking walks.
Regina is survived by her sons, Isaac Hinkel (Caitlyn) and Jeremiah Hinkel (Amber Sward); grandchildren, Kaylei Hinkel, Madyson Hinkel, Xander Hinkel Sward, and Enzley Hinkel; great grandson, Axel Gibson; sister, Margie; and brother, Larry.
Regina is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband of 38 years, Michael M. Hinkel, who passed away in 2021; sister, Phyllis; and brother, Jerry.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, July 11, 2024, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville, IN. Burial will be in Locust Hill Cemetery.
Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until service time, Thursday, July 11, 2024, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
