Robert D. "Roy" Parker

Robert D. “Roy” Parker, age 79, of Evansville, IN, passed away Saturday 22, 2025, at Linda E. White Hospice House.

Roy was born December 6, 1945, in Henderson, KY, to Robert “Bob” and Eunice (Oldham) Parker. He attended Henderson County High School and worked as a Car Salesman. Bob met Linda through a mutual friend in 1973 and were married 1978. Roy and Linda enjoyed spot shoots, even winning metals in their younger days. He also enjoyed boating with his friends in Ohio, riding motorcycles, and playing cards.

Roy is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Linda (Schwartz) Parker; children, Nicholas Parker of Evansville, IN, Paul Parker Springfield, Tracy Langston, and Peggy Parker, all of Kentucky; sister, Sally Spurlock; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Roy is preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Eunice Parker; and siblings, Carl Parker and Helen Fulkerson.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date and Burial will be Private.
