Robert “Rob” Mayden

Robert “Rob” Mayden, 52, of Evansville, IN, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2018 at home.

Rob was born September 24, 1965, in Ft. Myers, FL. He loved hunting, fishing, animals, Dallas Cowboys and NASCAR.

He is survived by daughter, Krystal Swanson (Will) and grandchildren, Samuel, Zoey and a new grandson on the way, all of Evansville, IN; son, R. Chad Mayden, Jr. (Whitney) and grandson Asher, all of Newburgh, IN; wife, Marcy Mayden; father, Robert Coker of Cocoa Beach, FL; mother, Tiffany  (Jefferson) Mayden of Valdosta, GA; brothers, Vance Sellers (Teresa) of Conway, SC and Vic Sellers of Valdosta, GA; step-sisters, Tonya “Tick” Willms of Medicine Lodge, KS and Shawn Mathis of Farmersville, TX; step-brother, Bret Mayden (Micky Warr) of Acers, OK and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by step-father, Earl Mayden; uncles, John B. Jefferson, Joe Ronald Jefferson, and Elden Dean Jefferson.

Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Pastor Don Swanson officiating. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. EST, Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Riverview Memorial Gardens in Valdosta, GA.

Friends may visit from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, June 28, 2018 at BOONE FUNERAL HOME EAST CHAPEL.
