Roberta E. (Pate) Moore

Roberta E. (Pate) Moore, age 67, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 2:40 a.m. on Sunday, February 16, 2020, at her home, surrounded by her family.

Roberta was born June 25, 1952, in Spencer County, IN, to Robert Thomas and Margie (Young) Pate. She was of the Catholic faith. Roberta enjoyed taking care of her family and spending time with her grandkids.

Roberta is survived by her daughters, Angela Gardner and Candy Bentle (Billy); sisters, Karen, Carlotta, Edith, and Patricia; brothers, Robert, David, and Patrick; grandchildren, Kenneth Adcock (Kim), Westley Adcock (Jessica), Tina Crider (Joey), Willem Bentle, Heaven Ellis (Adam), and Kirsten Henn (Eric); and 17 great grandchildren.

Roberta is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Virgil Roy Moore, who passed away in 2015; daughter, Monica Moore, who passed away in 1983; and sister, Marilyn Floyd; and brothers, Roger Pate and Jesse Pate.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Reverend Anisa Evans officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery in Newtonville, IN.

Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time, Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at BOONE FUNERAL HOME EAST CHAPEL.
