Rock Barnett Obituary

Rock A. Barnett, age 61, of Evansville, IN, passed peacefully on Monday, January 4, 2021.

Rock was born January 28, 1959, in Evansville, IN, to Michael and Annabelle (Rainey) Barnett. He retired from Park Lawn Cemetery in 2016. Rock enjoyed being outdoors, doing landscaping and yard work. He was a family man at heart and hardly ever missed breakfast once a week with his brothers. Rock touched the lives of all who knew him and he will be truly missed.

Rock is survived by his beloved wife of 20 years, Becky (Richardt) Barnett; step-daughters, Kara, Kelley, and Holly; brothers, Ron, Mark (Cheryl), Jeff (Kathy), Pat (Linda) and Robbie (Carolyn) Barnett; and grandchildren, Kimaya and Declan; and many nieces and nephews.

Rock is preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Annabelle; and his brother, Mick Barnett.

Graveside Services will be private. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
