Ron was born January 15, 1979, in Terre Haute, IN, to Ronald Robert Buddle, Jr. and Martha (Dillingham) Pressley. He graduated from Henderson County High School and worked for the Millwrights Union Local #1076. Ron was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan and enjoyed golfing. Most of all he loved his son and spending time with him.
Ron is survived by his son, Trey Colt Buddle; father, Ronald Robert Buddle, Jr. (Jani); mother, Martha (Dillingham) Pressley; sister, Holly Buddle; nephews, Jacob and Jackson Fulcher; step-sisters, Michelle Jahn, Dawna Bailes, Melissa Stigall, and Amy McCombs; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Ron is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ronald Buddle, Sr. and Clara Lowe; and maternal grandparents, Sam Dillingham and Ginny Dillingham.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 p.m., Sunday, November 2, 2025, at Otter Creek Twp. Fire Department Station 2 – Sandcut, 5970 E. Rio Grande Avenue, Terre Haute, IN 47805.
Please join us as we gather to celebrate the life and love of Ron Buddle — a wonderful son, brother, father, and friend whose memory will always live on in our hearts.
This will be a casual gathering, just the way Ron would have wanted.
Ron loved two things dearly — his son Trey and the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts play the Steelers that day, so come dressed in your favorite Colts gear as we cheer them on and celebrate Ron’s life together.
We’ll share memories, laughter, and good food as we honor the man who brought so much joy to our lives.
I hope this gives everyone plenty of notice to be able to make it.
With love,
The Buddle Family
