Sally Ann Ballard

Sally Ann Ballard was born to parents Lawrence (Sparky) Ballard and Margaret Jane (Travis) Ballard on July 8, 1952. She passed away on December 11, 2021.

Sally was a victim of PKU and the medical science was developed about two years too late for her. She became a resident of Muscatatuck State Institute in 1958 and lived there until her father died in 1989. Her brother then became her legal guardian and moved her to Princeton, Indiana to a GCARC waiver home where she lived until November of 2021, when she was moved to Newburgh Healthcare.

Sally is survived by her brother and guardian, Glenn Ballard (Carol); nephew, Todd Ballard; nieces, Theresa Joyner and Tami Jaramillo.

Sally is preceded in death by her parents.

A simple burial will be held at Vincennes Memorial Park Cemetery in Vincennes, IN on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.
