Sandy Martin

Sandy (Knapp) Martin, born July 12, 1961 and passed away on June 5, 2023, our bright, wonderful, sweet Angel departed this world surrounded by her family.

Sandy enjoyed reading, camping, traveling, the beach, her flowers, family time and especially her grandchildren. Sandy was loved and treasured by all that knew her.

Sandy is survived by her devoted, loving husband, Barry; daughters, Brandy (Joe) Day and Kendal (Zach) Keown; son, Tyler Martin (Macey Guzman); her precious six grandchildren, Mackenzie, Leila, Kaidyn, Olivia, Jace and Manu; sisters, Linda (Ron) Burkhart, Jeanette (Tom) Scheller, Diana (Irvin) Folz, Glenda (Keith) Hayes, and Darlene Keenan; brother, Jerry (Judy) Knapp; sister in laws, Mary Helen Knapp and Elvira Knapp; and many nieces and nephews.

Sandy is preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Mary Lee (Rexing) Knapp; brothers, Allen Knapp and James Knapp; brother in law, Greg Keenan; and daughter, Nicole.

A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 p.m, Saturday, June 10, 2023, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Reverend Kris Holzmeyer officiating. A Gathering to Celebrate her Life will be held at a later date at Burdette Park.

Friends may visit from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Saturday, June 10, 2023, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
