Sheila Rose (Rall) Messinger

Sheila Rose (Rall) Messinger, age 73, of Evansville, IN, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Brickyard Healthcare – Brentwood.

Sheila was born September 20, 1950, in Torrance, CA. She worked as a Nursing Home Caregiver for many years. Sheila was a member of Faithway Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading in her spare time, and she especially loved family gatherings.

Sheila is survived by her sons, Dennis Messinger (Lisa) and Mike Messinger; brothers, Chester Rall (Susan), and George Rall (Denise); sisters, Rhonda Fyffe (John) and Cathy Chaplin (Rick); grandchildren, Zach (Kinsey), Eli, Tyler, Lucas, Mika (Natasha Grace), Mila, and Skyler; great grandchildren, Levi, Brantley, Miranda, Donnalee, and Treyton; and many nieces and nephews.

Sheila is preceded in death by her mother, Catherine (Johnson) Morkin, who passed away in 2008; and brother, Darrell Rall, who passed away in 2017.

Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. CST, Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Park Lawn Cemetery, 1526 S. Green River Road, Evansville, IN, with Pastor Steven Russ officiating.
