Shelley Renee (Groves) Tielens, age 55, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at home, surrounded by her family.

Shelley was born May 15, 1967, in Henderson, KY, to James and Carolyn (Mosby) Roy. She attended Central High School. Shelley loved her pets and spending time with her family.

Shelley is survived by her loving husband of almost 7 years, Rickey Tielens; daughters, Brandy Ierardi (Dominic Fields-Wright), Angel and Jodie; sisters, Donna Groves and Kathy Gunn (Bob); brother, Jeff Groves; and grandson, Niklaus Fields-Wright.

Shelley is preceded in death by her parents, James and Carolyn Roy; and sisters, Lorie Leonard, Linda Tambunam, Debbie Chase, and Patricia Myers.

There will be no Funeral Services and Burial will be Private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: The American Cancer Society at 318 Main Street, Evansville, IN 47708.
