Sherrie Drotar Obituary

Sherrie R. Morris Drotar, age 57, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2020, peacefully at her home.

Sherrie was born November 15, 1962, in McKeesport, PA, to Charles E. Morris Sr. and Patricia L. Remp Morris. She graduated from Samuel P. Langley High School in 1980 and Henderson Community College Nursing program in 2005. Sherrie enjoyed art and drawing. She was passionate about long-term care and that was her specialty. Sherrie enjoyed being surrounded by her family and was a beloved Gammy. Music and traveling were important to her.

Sherrie is survived by her daughters, Diana Nadin and Trisha Parris; brothers, Charles E. Morris Jr. of Pittsburgh, PA and Richard B. Remp-Morris of Owensboro, KY; grandchildren, Saylor Parris, Christopher Goodman, Baylee Goodman, Ada Parris.

Sherrie is preceded in death by her parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, July 12, 2020, at Friedman Park, 2700 Park Blvd, Newburgh, IN.
