Susan (Anderson) Goodloe

Susan (Anderson) Goodloe, age 79, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 3:20 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2020, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital.

Susan was born November 8, 1940, in Evansville, IN, to Dr. Philip Pendleton Anderson, Jr. and Elizabeth (Beumler) Anderson. She attended Bosse High School in Evansville and graduated from Jamesville – DeWitt High School in Syracuse, NY. Susan went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Texas and her Master’s Degree from University of Evansville. She was a member of Eastminster Presbyterian Church, SCA, and PEO. Susan enjoyed reading, Renaissance Fairs, gaming, and antiques. Her greatest love was her family.

Susan is survived by her sons, Thomas S. Goodloe, Jr., Philip A. Goodloe (Lori), David T. Goodloe, Daniel R. Goodloe, and Timothy R. Goodloe (Melissa); 5 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.

Susan is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, Thomas S. Goodloe, Sr.; and parents.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:30 p.m., Saturday, August 8, 2020, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Pastor Sean Esterline and Reverend Melissa Goodloe officiating.
