Terri Lynn (Campbell) Courtney

Terri Lynn (Campbell) Courtney, age 58, of Evansville, IN, passed away Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Ascension St. Vincent Evansville.

Terri was born June 26, 1967, in Germany, to Lloyd Campbell and Joyce (Johnson) Hill. She graduated from Pike Central High School in 1985. Terri enjoyed reading and travelling. She especially loved going on cruises. Above all else, Terri loved her family and her friends.

Terri is survived by her husband of 24 years, James Courtney; daughters, Chylenna Hammond, Natasha Scott (Joshua), and Erica Hammond; mother, Joyce Hill; sisters, Denise Bell, Kathy Henderson, and Kristi Shortt; 10 grandchildren; and her beloved dogs, Abby, Marley, and Sadie.

Terri is preceded in death by her father, and beloved dogs, Wyatt, Bailey, and Tiara.  

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Deacon Roy Henderson officiating. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery.

Friends may visit from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel. Friends may continue to visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time, Thursday, September 11, 2025 at the funeral home.
