Theodore Alden “Chevy” Jackson, III, age 44, of Evansville, IN, passed away on, Thursday, April 7, 2022, at home.
Chevy was born August 5, 1977, in Chicago, IL. He was the kitchen manager at T.G.I. Fridays. Chevy attended Friendship Baptist Church.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:30p.m., Thursday, April 14, 2022, at Friendship Southern Baptist Church, 1420 W. Keller Rd., Evansville, IN with Pastor Steve Brown officiating.
The family will host a Celebration of Life and Lantern Release immediately following the Memorial Service. Please see family for details.
