Obituary

Therena "Tina" Jane Floyd (Ivie), born August 9, 1947 in Evansville, IN  passed away April 16, 2022.  Currently of Kodak, TN formally of Tennyson and Chandler, IN . Preceded in death by her parents Paul and Lois Ivie formally of Chandler, IN and son Tom Floyd, formally of CA.   

Tina is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Paula and Steve Suter of Kodak, TN (formally of Chandler, IN.)  who cared for her. Nieces: Lori (Steve) Brown of Seymour, TN and Julie Appel-Lockyear (Donald Lockyear) of Kodak, TN.  3 great nieces:  Emilee Appel, Maria Burr and Destiny Brown.  6 great nephews:  Kristopher Appel, Dakota Phillips, Andrew Appel, Hunter Brown, Ethan Brown and Jacob Brown.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
Children: Tia (Jeff) Oliver of Lanark, IL and Robert S. (Kristin) Floyd of Mesa, AZ. Grandchildren Molli Baumann, Nate Oliver, Andrew Oliver and Rylee Oliver. Multiple great grand children.

Cremation with a private celebration to be held.  The family would like to thank the staff at Smoky Mountain Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center of Pigeon Forge, TN for their kindness and care over the past 3 weeks.  Donations may be made in memory of Tina to the Alzheimer's Association, alz.org.
