Wanda Lee (Hall) Moesner, age 81, of Evansville, IN, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 26, 2022, at St. Vincent Hospital surrounded by her family.
Wanda was born May 16, 1941, in Newburgh, Indiana, to Alfred and Ruth Hall. She attended Central High School and went back to get her diploma at age 41 and was very proud of herself for doing so.
She worked at St. Mary’s Medical Center as a tech and also a secretary. Wanda was very compassionate to her patients and co-workers and she gained long lifetime friendships. She retired after 42 years. Wanda loved spending time with her family and fishing with her husband. She adored all of her children, grandchildren and her dogs Lilly and Luke.
Wanda is survived by her husband of 39 years, Dennis Moesner; daughers, Donna Edwards and Linda Hungerford (Keith); step-son, Kevin Moesner (Shannon); thirteen grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents Alfred and Ruth Hall; son, Dennis Edwards; step-daughter and son-in-law, Denise and Steven Jones; grandson, Evan Hungerford; brothers, Alfred “PeeWee” Hall, Bobby Hall and Thomas Hall; sisters, Barbara Courter and Janie Huddleston.
Memorial Services will be held at 6:00 p.m., Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Pastor Kris Holzmeyer officiating.
