My condolences to all of Don's family. I only got to know Don over the past ten years thru the Tuesday golf group. He was such a gentleman and always had a friendly smile.
I know the golf group will really miss him.

We were very sorry to hear of Don's passing. He was such a great person and helped us in many ways during the time Jerry was coaching the girls at Bosse. Jerry is now in assisted living at Solarbron Terrace and, therefore, we are not able to attend visitation or his final service.

Don was my math teacher at Bosse.
He passed me inspite of me.
I raced him in front of O'grady's and Owen's houses when I was a freshman. Don took a tumble and broke his wrist. I have extremely fond memories of Mr. Hess.

Don will be missed by many friends as he was a friend to everyone he meet. Don enjoyed life especially his family. I was glad to know him and always enjoyed being with him.

My sincere sympathy to the family. Mr. Hess was my freshman Algebra teacher, and it was his first year teaching. He was such a kind, patient teacher, especially for those of us who considered Algebra a foreign language. RIP Mr. Hess.
