I remember Gordon very well. We were not only in the same homeroom at Reitz, but our pictures are next to each other in the yearbook. He was quiet and shy and we were friends through highschool. Blessings go to his wife Jan and kids.

My condolences to all family and friends. Gordon was my buddy in third grade at Scott School. Will always remember the black and white, nautical "Captains" hat he wore when first attending our school. I thought there was a connection to his last name which at that time I thought was spelled "Seacrest". Also remember his love for Halloween and the huge amount of candy he would bring to school and share from trick or treating! Godspeed my friend!

Jan and family, our hearts are sadden for your loss. We truly loved and respected Gordon and his gentle, loving example of Christ to all he met. We will be praying for your family as you say your temporary goodbyes and look forward to your reunion with him in heaven. We pray for comfort, assurance and strength. May God show His love for you all in so many ways each day as you begin healing. Tomme & Connie
