Hugh Gary Lynn

Hugh “Gary” Lynn, 72, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away at 7:12 pm on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at Riverpoint Health Campus.

He was born January 23, 1945 in Evansville, Indiana, the son of the late Arthur F. and Mary A. (Tucker) Lynn.  A retired church minister, Gary was a church pastor for many years and was involved in teaching in Christian Schools.  He was an avid reader.

Gary is survived by his sisters, Darlos Russell (Carl) of Evansville and Linda Mulligan of Nashua, NH; brothers, Ron A. Lynn (Pamela) of Evansville and Rick L Lynn (Elaine) of Franklin, IN; sister-in-law, Norma Bullock of Evansville, IN; many nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and great nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Thomas, Don and Keith Lynn.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 am, Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel-A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Ave., Evansville with Reverend Walter Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery, Evansville.   

Friends may visit from 3 pm until 8 pm, Monday, September 18, 2017 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel and again Tuesday from 9 am until time of service at 10 am.
