What a dear man.....we miss him. We are out of town and so sorry that we cannot be there with you to honor this sweet servant of our Savior and Lord. May God bring peace and comfort to you and your family.

Dear Jackie and family: I pray for God’s deepest comfort to you during this time of sorrow. Hurschel was a kind and caring man; Betty Jean (my Jeanne) and I appreciated his kindness and gentle humor and I know he will be missed. Yet our God is faithful and will be with you all day by day. After Jeanne’s passing I believe that God helped me to understand that Heaven is not “far away.” Because God truly is near to all who believe in Jesus.

So sorry to learn of Hurshel passing. May you find much comfort in knowing he is in glory with our Lord. Hurshel was a faithful servant of the community and our Lord for many years. I remember him as a Republican Party precinct committeeman in the Vanderburgh County Republican Party. I then cared for him at Signature as a nurse. Most recently, he has been on my manager rounds.Every time i would care for him or round on him, i would find TBN on. What an encouragement. My deepest heartfelt sympathy to you all on his passing. Lifting you all up in prayer.

Uncle Hurshel will be greatly missed. We were so glad to be able to visit with him in June.
